BULK AIR Conveying Systems
BULK AIR systems are for high-volume, high-speed packing operations. Companies using over 200 bags of peanuts per month find FP International’s state-of-the-art BULK AIR conveying systems to be the most reliable, efficient systems available. Installation of a custom-designed BULK AIR system reduces labor costs and saves valuable distribution center floor space by using overhead space for peanut storage.

Gravity or Louver BULK AIR Systems
Large packing peanut dispensing bag systems work with gravity to supply peanuts to smaller centralized work areas. A louver system supplies product, via metal duct work, to decentralized package stations. They can be easily expanded to accommodate future growth in any area of the warehouse.

Manual Dispensing Systems
Manual dispensing bags range in size from 30 to 160 cubic feet and are equipped with a rope and two pulleys for ease in refilling the dispensers with additional peanuts. The dispenser bags are translucent so the level of packing peanut is always visible. For added convenience all bags are equipped with Scissor or SQUARE VALVES. The dispensers are made with durable 9×9 or 10×10 strand-per-inch woven polyethylene. Fire-retardant models are also available.

Standard Overhead Loosefill Dispensers

Economy models in the 111 Series hold from 30 to 90 cubic feet of peanuts. Heavy-duty 211 Series deluxe models have 60-160 cu.ft. capacity.

Dispensing valve choices are the Square Valve® with a 49-square-inch opening and the six-inch Scissor Valve which rotates 360 degrees. Additional valves and tubing are available.

Streamline packing operations. A FLO-PACKER® dispenser eliminates packing peanuts waste by automatically returning overflow peanut material into its storage bag for reuse. The FLO-PACKER dispenser’s 140 cu.ft. capacity means fewer refills, and the auto return lets dispenser bags be filled without lowering. Stand-alone unit adapts to any packing line. Just put it in place, plug it in and it’s ready.

Manual Dispensing Accessories
All valves are made with durable polycarbonate. The 6″ Scissor Valve rotates 360-degrees. The SQUARE VALVE® dispenser has a 49 square inch opening which provides faster, smoother flow than available with conventional Scissor Valves. Swivel versions are also available. Additional valves and tubing are available at a nominal fee.
