Predator SS

Simple and easy to use, the Highlight Predator® SS Turntable Stretch Wrapper is the affordable solution to stretch wrap your load without stretching your budget.

The Predator® SS is loaded with features, including top and bottom counters, photo eye, and two (2) wrapping modes.  State-of-the-art INFO screen shows current machine operation and makes troubleshooting easy.

Simplified Stretch allows you to precisely adjust your film stretch and film force on your load with the turn of a knob.

• Easy-to-Use controls and information display screen simplifies operations
• Info – Displays machine operation and provides data for diagnostics
• 2 wrap modes – Select spiral up and down, or spiral up only
• System reset – Allows carriage and turntable to return to home position
• Turntable jog – Allows manual jog operation of the turntable
• Carriage jog – Allows for manual raising and lower ing of the film carriage
• Top and bottom wraps – Place 1 to 10 additional wraps of film at the top or bottom of your load for extra stability
• Start – Begins operation of the machine at the settings of all other controls
• Banding – Stops the film carriage anywhere in its travel to provide extra “banding” wraps to reinforce the load
• Turntable speed – Adjusts the speed of the turntable for your particular load
• Carriage speed – Allows you to adjust carriage speed for film overlap
• Stop – Halts all machine functions immediately.  Pull STOP out and press START to complete the wrapping cycle.
• Power safety disconnect – Must be ON to operate your Predator SS
• Electrical cabinet – with two keyed locks for saftey and securily

Predator Platinum

The Predator® Platinum improves productivity by wrapping loads automatically with a simple pull of the lanyard cord, eliminating the need to have the operator attach the film at the beginning or cut and wipe the film to the load at the end of the wrap cycle.  Loads can be wrapped up to 50% faster.

The Predator® Platinum is a true fully automatic stretch wrapping system with built-in features for increased productivity that are not available on other simpler automatics.
