HexCel Wrap is the next generation hexagonal wrapping product designed to provide greater flexible paper cushioning using 100% recyclable material with no adhesives or tapes in the box or in the manufacturing process. HexCel Wrap’s dual layer feed, doubles packing speed providing a better product for your packer and the environment.

HexCel Wrap’s patent pending design uses a top forward facing layer with a rearward facing layer. Adjacent interlocked layers can not nest. The result is a tighter fit utilizing less material.

In the past, the solution was to use a non-cushion tissue layer between the layers to inhibit nesting that occurs when all the layers face in the same direction. HexCel Wrap eliminates the tissue, reducing the total material used and reducing costs.
